One Client; A refrigeration company sustained a fire loss to their refrigerated warehouse and office area. The insurance company initially offered to settle their loss in the approximate amount of $1.5 million dollars. But, Joseph Caulfield contended that the pre-loss restoration could not be achieved for the offer tendered by the insurer.
Joseph P. Caulfield Sucessfully negotiated a settlement with the insurer and their legal counsel for an amount in excess of $2.6 Million Dollars! And the refrigeration company got to retain the salvage rights, which they were able to convert to an additional $750,000.00!

Another client; A garment factory in Kansas City was exposed to a fire more than onE-half block away. The damage to the factory resulted from exposure to great amounts of smoke that the fire caused. The insurance company initially came to the conclusion that the restoration process could entail treating the garments with a chemical process that was supposed to neutralize the smoke and deodorize the garments.
The approximate cost was to be about $17,000.00.
Joseph P. Caulfield, while representing the garment factory, reached a settlement worth over $ 1.5 Million Dollars for his client! This also, included the retention of the salvaged garments.

A third client, one of the hundreds of thousands people utilizing our services; This case occurred on August 13, 1994. A calibration facility located in Chesterfield Valley, Missouri, sustained a flood loss, with waters reaching an estimated seven (7) to eight (8) feet. This was their second flood loss within a matter of months.
The National Flood Insurance Program initially attempted to completely deny the entire claim. They based their denial on lack of substantiated evidence (receipts) supporting the replacement of claimed items, while pretending they did not notice, newly damaged, repairs.
